At the invitation of Professor John Vogel, I recently traveled to Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. I was joined by  Corey Evans, Director of the Center for Arts in Education (CAE), and two visual arts juniors, Josh Pimental and Vasili Luzanau.

Professor Vogel had written a case study on Boston Arts Academy and the CAE, which his class on social entrepreneurship had been given the chance to tackle. How should or shouldn’t BAA grow? What should the CAE’s role be? It was a fascinating experience and we were treated like royalty! I was so proud of my two students interacting with business students at lunch, in class, and then again at dinner!

We also saw the wonderful Orozco murals in the library and that was another high point. While there, I gave a book talk to local area teachers and administrators and the Dartmouth College community. Many thanks to John Vogel for providing this opportunity!
